My background

Over 15 years running e-commerce for product brands.

I've spent over 15 years managing and scaling product catalogs across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Shopify, Walmart, and other marketplace channels — for brands in foodservice, kitchenware, cutlery, home goods, and consumer products.

I started inside a single product company in 2010, running Amazon by myself when "Amazon strategy" still meant uploading a flat file and hoping the listing indexed. Over the next decade I built and led in-house ecommerce teams through every major platform shift — the move from Vendor to Seller, the rise of Sponsored Brands, the FBA capacity crunches, Brand Registry 2.0, AMC, DSP, Amazon Business, and now Rufus and AI-driven search.

That work has covered just about every corner of marketplace operations: listing optimization, advertising strategy, catalog cleanup, FBA and FBM planning, international expansion, product launches, pricing, promotions, and the daily account-health work that keeps revenue moving. Across those years I've helped brands manage well over $280M in combined GMV.
