Do you replace my team with AI?
No. We augment your team. Agents take repetitive work off humans so your team focuses on strategy, brand, and the calls that actually need a person. Every customer-facing agent runs with human-in-the-loop checkpoints by default.
Whose data is it?
Yours. We use enterprise model endpoints that do not train on your data, store your knowledge base in infrastructure you control, and hand over all prompts, workflows, and integrations when an engagement ends.
Which AI models do you use?
We are model-agnostic and route by task and cost. That typically means GPT, Claude, and Gemini for reasoning and writing, plus open-source models for high-volume classification. We benchmark per workflow rather than locking into one provider.
How long to deploy a first agent?
Pilot agents go live in 2 to 4 weeks. Week 1 is scoping and knowledge base prep, weeks 2 and 3 build and connect to your stack, week 4 is shadow mode and tuning before we hand the keys over.
Will this work with my current Shopify, Amazon, and Klaviyo stack?
Yes. Everything we deploy sits on top of the tools you already run. We integrate via official APIs, Zapier, n8n, or Make and never ask you to rip and replace working infrastructure.
What about hallucinations and brand voice?
We use retrieval grounding so agents only answer from your approved knowledge base, brand-voice prompts derived from your existing copy, and human-in-the-loop review on any customer-facing output during ramp. Agents flag uncertainty and escalate instead of guessing.
What does ongoing management look like?
We monitor agent quality, retrain on new SKUs and policies, tune prompts as model providers change behavior, and review performance with you on a fixed cadence. AI is not set-and-forget, the value compounds when someone owns it.
Can we start with one workflow and expand?
That is exactly how Pilot works. Most brands start with a single high-value workflow (support, listing generation, or weekly reporting) and add agents quarterly as ROI proves out.
