What happens if I go over my SKU limit?
We monitor SKU counts monthly. If you're consistently near the limit, we'll recommend a tier upgrade. We don't shut off work mid-month, we proactively flag it and align on the right scope for the next cycle.
How long is the onboarding process?
Standard onboarding takes 2–3 weeks: account audit, access provisioning, KPI alignment, and campaign setup. For launches or migrations, it can extend to 4–6 weeks depending on catalog complexity and creative production needs.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We ask for a 3-month initial commitment. That's the realistic window to see meaningful results on Amazon. After that, engagements roll month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
Does the retainer include ad spend?
No, you pay Amazon directly for ad spend. We bill only for labor and management. You own the ad account, the campaigns, and all data. We never markup media.
Can I do a one-off project instead of a retainer?
